I hope they have fixed their issues. Their first release was pretty bad (cheap materials and workmanship)

I have heard they got all those issues ironed out and they are now solid bags

I'm looking to get one when they release their new batch.

Did you get a black one Roxie? I only saw digital camo and jade green available in last weeks release....

Yeah Black. I was trying to order one during that release and their website is a bit screwed up. You can't select a province or postal code for shipping to Canada. I was emailing back and forth with the owner and he pulled one aside for me and just did the transaction over the phone.

Appraently that was one batch that came from the manufacturer, which they sent back.

Just picked mine up from Justin in person yesterday.

Sounds like he is happy to ship to Canada. Just have to give him a call or e-mail as the online order form won't take Canadian postal codes.

Got mine yesterday. One day to late for the mudslide. She's all loaded up and ready to roll. I had to order mine straight through Justin too.

I almost thought this thread read "Gripe bag" for a minute. LMFAO.

Now there's a thread in the making.

I've tried emailing him and twice now have just gotten an autoreply. Neutral

Just give him a call. That is the only way I really got any response out of him. If you are on his e-mail list it is in his signature. If you don't have it I will send it to you via PM.

Not so bad. I'll bet he avoids dealing with a lot of second-guessing and passive-aggression.

What number did you guys use?

This one's on the grip website; (909-474-7835)

Is there a toll free one by any chance?

He called me. And that is the only number I see for him. I initially got his attention from his Facebook site. Be patient. I have been after him for about a month. I do agree it's not the best way to run a business, but I think he is growing so fast, that he can't keep up. He mentioned hiring some people. I was about to give until I hit his FB.

I ended up getting Justin to give me a call and ordered one over the phone.

I can't wait to load it up and try it on.

It arrived yesterday and was waiting for me when I got home.

Very impressive bag. I'm surprised how many side/secret pockets there are.

They were a few days late shipping it out so they threw in a free grip t-shirt. thumbsup
