They are also expanding their Echo and Pro plastic line.

Only Yahoos throw Wahoos

Every time you throw it you are contractually obligated to yell out WaaaaaaHOOOOOO

What does it say about a disc when its number one feature is "Floats in Water"

I wonder how the design process happens. Did they have the Katana on a computer and then do some small changes and see what happens? Voila the Vulcan? If I made discs they would follow a themed naming. Vulcan? Is this in direct competition with the Force?

Speed of 13. Rolly should start a betting thingy on when a speed of 20 will be here.

I thought i read somewhere that the rules they've written about the
maximum width of the rim of a disc will eventually put a cap on the speed.

I don't know what the rules say about the thinkness of the disc's rim and the profile of the outer edges, but there is no way these drivers can get much faster and still be useful to us mortal disc golfers. In order for a disc to keep flying, it has to keep spinning. I DON'T KNOW IF I UNDERSTAND THIS RIGHT, BUT..... A really fast disc (boss, katana, groove) does not retain spin as long as a slower disc (roc, buzzz, putter). This is because the weight of the disc is not far enough away from the center of the disc. Put another way, slower discs retain more kinetic energy because more of the disc's mass is farther away from the axis on which the disc is spinning. Is this not why my high speed drivers break fast to the right and my slower discs stay nice and straight?

If you want to get technical, the Vulcan would more likely be in direct competition with the Romulus. (Except for the fact that it should be a peaceful disc).

ib4: I over-thought that one.
