If we would like the hole by hole stats we need to track down a card that
got lost in yesterday's events.
I am missing the 1st round card of; Atos, McMike and Claus.

Not currently in my possession but I will continue looking...

I used the back of the card to record $ for pizza, check with Jeff L.

Hold the presses! (correction)

That card was found & there is no score written down for hole 1. However, the totals on that card are correct if they all shot 3 on hole 1.

I've been informed by OMR that there are only 11 holes of the 12 recorded on that scorecard. (wth)
The scores on hole 1 were the ones forgotten,
Did you guys play hole 1 during the first round? Or just forget to mark it down?

Pretty sure par+4 is for a no show.

Here's the ruling that I think pertains to this situation;

Quote:
804.03 Scoring

G. After the scorecard is turned in, the total score as recorded shall stand with no appeal, except for the following circumstances:
(1) Penalty throws may be assessed at whatever time the infraction is discovered until the director declares the tournament officially over or all awards have been distributed.
(2) If it is determined that the total score was incorrectly recorded, either by an error on a hole score or by an error in totaling the hole scores, including omission of the total score, the director
shall add two penalty throws to the correct total score
. These penalty throws are not added when the TD (or an official designated by the TD, such as a course director) corrects a player's score for other infractions determined after this player had turned in an otherwise correct scorecard.

It doesn't say anything about penalties for not recording scores but it was incorrectly recorded.

It was definitely three pars on hole 1. We started on 2.

My flick drive when short and straight, my upshot around a pine tree hyzered out early and was parked for 3. Claus drove to the corner, leaving a long putt which he missed, and a drop in three. McMike drove very long, lying 50-60 feet from the basket, over by the path. He missed the looooooong putt, but had an easy <8' for par.

Is it possible that I marked the score for hole one at the "end" of the card? If I really did f* up, penalize me, not Claus and Mike. I know we're all responsible for checking the scorecard, but I'll bear the responsibility there.

It doesn't say anything about penalties for not recording scores but it was incorrectly recorded.

You're missing this:
C. The scorekeeper shall record the score for each player on each hole as the total number of throws, including penalty throws. The round total shall also be recorded as the total number of throws, including penalty throws. The use of anything else (including the lack of a score) represents an incorrect hole or total score and is subject to penalty as described in 804.03.G(2).
