Lake Lowndes State Park Columbus, MS

Hole #A - Par/Distance: 3 / 342ft. 3 / 342ft.

Cool looking hole. Water on 3 sides and the basket down at the shore. Likely a teebird up the gut

That looks down hill enough I'm thinking you could get away with a Buzzz. Less chance of a kick going towards the water as well.

The hole looks great. I don't like the early wood off the teepad, though. Without protection, the tree is going to be damaged by errantly thrown discs and is likely doomed. It's not an example of good environmental stewardship, IMHO.

It reminds me of that hole in Queenstown. Do you have a picture of it?

It's a similar set up, but a much more down hill shot, if I remember correctly.

Those shrubs have no economic value and are fast growing. This makes them far more acceptable early wood than the trunks of mature trees. This sort of vegetation also serves to protect larger legacy trees from impact when teepads are selected that are appropriately aligned.

Nice looking hole. And thumbers all day long.
