Flat green? Why?

Not intentional but more to achieve and elevated green perception on the approach shot. Probably tougher to stick on a long run at the green and mute on a short one.

Ah. I was up there practicing before the round and I was starting my putts in the shade of those gorgeous trees. The look I had at the basket with the green falling away made for nervousness. I made a point to get my approach on the lower part of the green. Instead, I put my approach in the OB. No nervousness. thumbsup sarcastic eye roll

lol. I put my third shot from just at the laneway OB right of the green for a circle 8 to start my round. My love for that hole grew. My hate for my game did too.

Quick Question, 'cause I'm about as observant as a rock...

What size ductwork is used on the Tonals at Ettyville?

Cheers,
Mark

never mind - they're too big. Use 8 inch diameter 2 foot lengths if you're planning on building some yourself... just my humble opinion. cool

That was my debate. 8 inch, or 6 inch... I'm visualizing my parents 100 acres, and what could be done there!!!

I think most of mine are 8". Yes they are too long. just went with a standard size so I didn't have to cut them. Maybe 36" or something.

The key to to get a heavy guage and galvanized in my mind. They don't fold all up from puts and they stay bright and visible.

I'll probably have a bunch of my tonals that you could borrow for a while. You can give me a shout and we can talk about it.
