The Tuesday night league continues on June 8th at The Ettyville Super Spin!

All disc golfers are welcome regardless of ability. Even if you've never played in an ODGC event or tournament, we would like to have you join us for League Nights.

Click here for driving directions to the course.

We aim to tee off at 6:30pm, so:
Be at the course by 6:15 to register!

Good footwear is highly recommended for this course. Hiking shoes or something similar are recommended.

Do your best to bring exact change. Registration is $5. ODGC memberships will be available as well. Super Spin green fees are "Pay What You Will".

See you on Tuesday!

B-Pool is tight like a tiger. And C-Pool is freakin awesome heading into Ettyville. All of you better show up.

I would guess the cards would be:

Penton
Meldrum
Darcovich

Claus
Visser
Fisher

Kilpatrick
Lariviere
Vallee
McLeod

Doucette
Bourgeois
Svetkoff
Sivyer

You'd want that Pool B foursome card for the best experience possible. As well as the Pool C foursome. The odd-men-out card could mount a secret attack at their respective Pool-mates.

With $34 already in the pot, and if everyone here makes it to Ettyville, that's +$14 to make a $48 pot. 48/3=$16 for each Pool winner.

If I win, I will split my QB winnings 50/50 with the second place finisher in Pool A.

I'm not going to pull someone off of a pay card if they're competitive. They've earned the right to be there. If Shane is in the running for B-pool winnings, he'll be on a card with those trying to catch him.

...

That's the rule of thumb that I like to follow.

3 players are going to earn their QB winnings. It's unfair to ask for this $$ to be taken from them.

14+ people are going to be playing there and enjoying the experience. The responsibility to pay for something that's not free should be put on the shoulders of all, not just the players that win.

This is going to be a good time. That course rules. I will bring a practise basket so we can hang around the BBQ and beer fridge before our round. Oh, yes, I think this time I will also bring a chair. A few par 5s should even the score a bit.

BUT, as Mr. Pytel has offered to have the "pay-what-you-will" system, I would take this mean that 99% of his efforts are paid off when he sees the smiles and excitment of the players at the start and the end of the round.

I don't want my comments to make anyone think that you will be shunned or pressured to pay $$$. I was just typing out loud that it can't be cheap to run a tractor around that property for us on Tuesday.
