That's a great idea. Keep the skitter population down.

So to be clear the river is now out of bounds? We had someone go in it last round at TOSS and we thought that it was in play.....We asked another group....."Play it from where it lies"
Personally it should have been out of bounds all along as I think it always has been, I was disappointed to find out that it was not OB for what seemed to be one person. (No favoritism just everyone who went OB assumed it was and counted strokes)
Please make an announcement ahead of the round to minimize confusion,

It was OB Tuesday night and incorrectly played by one person on our card that wasn't you or me. It has been and remains OB. That's the logic

Dude, it's all written above.
I wasn't clear in declaring it OB before this round. It was called a hazard, but there is no "hazard" in the rules. Now we have the online players meeting, and it's been made clear: OB with mandatory drop across the road.
Simple.

We asked the card behind us, and they said play it from where it lies. That made 6 of us (or half the field) that had no clue. Online players meetings are no good, because only OMR and I has internet at the picnic table (thanks Claus thumbsup )
This is hair splitting that is very excessive. The river has been OB since it was first played, last year. You called it a Hazard....what were you trying to get across calling it a "hazard". The river was even ob last year during league, wtf,
