Am I allowed to hold onto a second disc when I putt. Last night I was making some great putts with a second disc in my left hand. The second disc is used as a stabalizer during the follow through. It never leaves my left hand. I think it is leagal but in this game I have learned "you never know".

If this is not allowed I will need to stop so as not to upset the "Pros" during the CC. "Practise how you putt and putt how you practice" and I need to practice.

If it is legal I recomend people to try it at home. Works great.

It's perfectly legal, and I do it too.

What disc, weight and color do you hold in the other hand?

I usually do it because I'm usually holding a bunch of discs in my left hand while I practice my putting, so like Kyle said "Practise how you putt and putt how you practice", and like Scott Stokely says, "Practice makes permanent".

A top Pro, Marty Peters, used to hold his towel a cigarette while he did every throw, including driving. He used to drive +600'. The only person to Ace #9 at V.A. Barrie.
