The Tuesday night league continues on June 17. TOSS will be making its debut at Flat Mountain! Action will be from the long pads.

Flat Mountain is gratiously offering TOSS participants an honourary membership greensfee rate of $3 at TOSS events held at Flat Mountain over the 2008 season. With excellent disc golf and a great facility, this promises to be a an awesome event for all participants. You won't want to miss it.

All disc golfers are welcome regardless of ability. Even if you've never played in an ODGC event or tournament, we would like to have you join us for League Nights.

Players are advised to wear quality footwear at Flat Mountain. Wear shoes appropriate for light hiking.

We'll be gathering in the club house. We aim to begin the round at 6:30pm, so:
Be at the course by 6:15 to register!
Commuters take note: it takes about 35 minutes to get to Flat Mountain from Conroy Road and Hunt Club. Leave yourself enough time to make the trip enjoyable and stress-free.

Do your best to bring exact change. Fees are $5 for current members with ODGC disc golf handicaps, and $3 for all other players. ODGC memberships will be available as well. You can pay your additional $3 greens fees when you register.

See you on Tuesday!

These will be found tonight, as I think Shane just didn't pick them up after throwing them.

I won't be out tonight unfortunately

No blackflies, thank god, but a fair number of mozzies at dusk and a few deer flies. Bring bug stuff and a hat or stand beside someone taller than you...which is easy for me.

Admitting upfront that I'm not a meteorologist, it looks like we'll miss getting rained on while golfing this evening.

The weather radar would have one believe that rain should start falling on the flat mountain at about 2:00 today, and it will last for about three hours, clearing up at about 5:00.

Unless the cells on the radar grow unusually, that means you might drive through some rain, but it should be long gone by the time we're ready to hit the course.

Don't be afraid to make the trip!

If you were a meteorlogist, we'd expect that you'd be wrong.
