The Knoxville disc golf club is ordering 2005 Ice Bowl merchandise next week. (The items have the logo and are in US dollars).

T-shirts are $8, sweatshirts $17 and long sleeve tees are $10. Discs range from $7 to $13 depending on the plastic and style, and whether the stamp is full color or one color. There's Cobra, Element, Roc, Z-Buzz, Aviar Putter, Beast Eagle, Z-Flash, Sidewinder, Soft Magnet, Valkyrie, Viking, Wizard and XS available.

Let me know if anyone is interested in more stuff and I will get us added to the list.

I think that there are both.

The Kansas City Flying Disc Club (http://www.kcfdc.org/) had this to say on their website:

• ICE BOWL GEAR: Sweatshirts—hoodies and crews, tees—long and Short Sleeves, and caps and Beanies. Call ahead to be sure to get what you want.

I'm packing away a few tye-dye shirts right now as a matter of fact.

They are sweet, despite the penguin.

There are tie-dye shirts up for grabs? Awesome! Beard? Check! Gut? Check! Tie-Dye shirt? Not yet, but with that I could be Rupert from Survivor!

You never know what you'll find at the Ice Auction, but a couple things you will find are these unique discs that are not available anywhere else!

CANADA FLAG VALKYRIE

Sweet looking on your wall, better looking in your golf bag! (168g Champion JK Valkyrie)

OTTAWA SENATORS BEAST

This disc is just simply awesome! (167g Champion Barry Schultz Beast)

Both discs were provided for our charity auction courtesy of Alex 'Huge' Hughes of Toronto (and now, Texas).

The Sens suck (well not the Sens, but the NHL)

The Beast, however, is an awesome disc.

My opening bid is two iced cupcakes.

You can only bid on any item at the Ice Auction using "Ice Bucks" which you can win at:

- the weekly Ice Putt competitions
- by helping us prepare the course on Friday, Feb. 4th (more on that later)
- Ice Bowl side events (more later...)
- @ The Ice Bowl itself - based on your results
- By placing in the top-5 of the Ice Bowl or Ice Putt rankings
- By purchasing a limited amount of Ice Bucks prior to the Ice Auction at the restaurant on the day of the auction itself (for a limited time only)
- By bringing other prizes for the Ice Auction (got any Christmas presents that you think someone else would like, but you don't?)
- By bringing more than the standard 2 bags of food on the day of the Ice Bowl

If you have any additional prizes for the Ice Bowl Auction, please let either Geoff or I know about it ahead of time. THANKS!

Does that mean cupcakes with icing don't count?

What about an Iced Cappucino?
