Well you really don't know do you. The rule states that "If a tee pad is provided, all supporting points must be on the pad at the time of release" and "Following through in front of the teeing area is permitted provided there is no supporting point contact outside the teeing area when the disc is released". Since the disc has already left and is in the air, I don't see any arguement that would support a foot fault based on this picture. Sure, you can make assumtions, but that's all they'd be.

Play a round with me, and I'll point out foot faults all day.
