AM1 plays Short/Long for the two rounds. Your whole card will be playing shorts round 1.

I was just going off the homepage.

Quote:
Format:

En simple
Foursome (4 par cartes maximum)
2 rondes de 18 trous (parcours regulier)
Open et AM1 : Long-Long
AM2 et AW1 : Court-Long
AM3, AW3 et Junior : Court-Court
Les règles de la PDGA doivent etre respecté
Les règlements du QDGT doivent etre respecté

Ben has replied saying Short/Long so I guess that would explain the cards.

Course record at the PIC is 45... 2 rounds under the 50' should get you on the dance floor!

An awesome day is waiting for us!

This was Ben's reply. You were right the first time.

Quote:
yep you'll play both round from the long.
In the first round since you're playing with some other division you and any other am1 on your card will shoot first in the order of score and then you'll move to the short teepad and the rest of the card will shoot in the order of the score.

AM1s play Long Long.

This shouldn't be happening at a tournament.

Hahhahah... And I was looking at the map, where it says AM I Short-Long.

Agreed, and I've voiced my displeasure at the ADGM forums. I suggest Dave and Ben (if it matters to him) do the same thing.

You guys are quite swift with the sharp comments.

Lots of assumptions.

It seems at one time the field was only 54 and was increased to 72. This may be how they were able to do this. I have also noticed that the cards have been shuffled around since last night so some more suffling could still happen. If I was in AM1 I would be glad atleast that I was not playing shorts. There should be no extra walking for AM1 but having a wind bitch is always nice. I am more concerned with getting hit by discs with 72 players out there. I don't know how I will play 10, 17, 18 aggressively without risking interupting peoples day.

Does anyone know the OB rundown and if any extra had been added?

Is 15 OB at the bottom of the hill below the basket?

Really? It is a Montreal tournament. Enough said.

yup (15). and I believe there is a drop zone that has limited guarantee of a successful (3rd) shot...

A new course record should be set today or tomorrow by my houseguest, but worry not he will not tarry here until the weekend. Avery is playing the TIML, but I imagine he will leave his mark nonetheless...

Avery impresses me always, but a -5 isn't that impressive for a guy with his pedigree. Nor is a drive of 450' with not much in the way. It's expected. He's a powerful man.

PIC isn't a course that would challenge Mr. Jenkins all that much and in a tournament I'm sure he'd destroy it. It was a call out that the course record bettering a 45 would be set.

But really, Bee, an apology is not necessary.

I can see #15 becoming a 5 after missing your birdy putt. I will play this Nuke OS flick high on the hill and go for a three. Thank goodness I don't start on this hole. How I ever lived without the Nuke OS flick I do not know.

Your wife/companion/partner might not appreciate that move.
