To the North! To the North! This week, the TOSS season moves to Quebec, with
TOSS 2013 [3] / QB Challenge 1.3
May 14th
at Camp Fortune (Short Tees).
All disc golfers are welcome!
Tournament Central is on the deck by the 18th basket, and
The round starts at 6:15.
BE AT THE COURSE BY 6:00PM TO REGISTER!
Fees are $5
Exact change appreciated.
This week's TD: Mark Atos

Details about TOSS 2013 [3]:
  • TOSS is operating an Ace Pool as a fundraiser for the Capital Classic 2013. $2.00 gets you in the pool, with $1.00 from each entry going to the Capital Classic. Ace pools not won carry over to the following week's TOSS event. See Mark Atos for more details.
  • Directions to Camp Fortune are here: Directions[/b]
  • Season Passes will be available. Season passes are $75. (A $5.00 discount is offered for each of TOSS 1 and TOSS 2, if you played them) This is the second last week that Season's passes are available.
  • If you haven't paid for your 2013 ODGC membership yet, members of the ODGC executive committee will be on hand to receive your fees / dues at the course.

Out of Bounds
- On or into any building or deck.
- On or over the road on the left side of 18 fairway.
- All standing water shall be considered casual obstacle, and treated in accordance with PDGA Rule 803.01(B).
- 2m rule NOT in effect.

Safety notes
- When last played, hole 17 fairway was wet and very slippery at points as you descend toward the green. Be aware that leaves on top of mud makes people fall down.
- The fairway of 10 was very squishy. Be aware that the ground, although it may look wet and firm, is wet and very soft, and could twist ankles when walking.
- The blackflies are out in force already, so be prepared for that.
- The course is still very wet in places. You may want to wear waterproof footwear.

Hole 13
The creek shall be considered casual water, and players will have the option, without penalty, of playing from the creek, or on the far bank, straight back from the basket on their lie.

Alternate Teepads
If there is noticeable standing water inside any of the following teeboxes, competitors may tee from in the teebox, or use the following alternatives:

- Hole 3: Within six feet of the left hand side of the teebox, with the front edge of the alternative teebox even with the front of the standard teebox.
- Hole 10: Within six feet of either side of the teebox, with the front edge of the alternative teebox even with the front of the standard teebox.
- Hole 11: Directly behind the standard teebox.
- Hole 16: Directly behind the standard teebox.

Oh yeah, and in case you didn't know, Nena is Cheezy Lugi's official spokesperson. So after bites across the street from Chelsea's pub. She's got da hook ups!!!

Also, Nena negotiated a dg bag with straps with Rob at ice bowl auction. She's wondering if anyone's playing the shire and could pick it up for her for Tuesday.

Is this some kind of secret language I don't get? What's Nena's last name?

A tag?
I could get why one would assume a jeff would have them.

1. Nena's last name is Symes.

2. Stace is referring to a set of our new 15th anniversary stamped daredevil disc. See the front page.

3. Stacie I will grab that bag from the Shire and have the club discs on Tues.
