At Camp Fortune hole 13, if water and over is ob, let's say you are suppose to take your next throw from the drop zone and you are shooting 3. Is there any provision about how close to the basket you have to be in order to take the drop zone? For an extreme example, lets say from 13 longs you throw too hard and to the right and the disc skips across the road over the culvert and lands by the rocks by hole 11. Do you take your next throw from 1 metre in from where it crossed the culvert or do you take it from the drop zone?

Edit rocks by hole 11, not 12

Do you mean the rocks by hole 11? That's an interesting scenario. As a player, you probably want to take the drop zone, if it's an option.

It would all matter on what the TD is allowing on that hole. Is it just DZ? Or is it DZ, 1m? Or is it DZ, 1m, or re-throw? The TD will have to think about what they'll allow.

The next thing you'd have to find out is what in On-and-Over on that hole? It the road past the creek OB? Maybe a definition of what is OB and what isn't is needed at the Players' Meeting.

Or you could just allow all water to be casual and in your scenario the thrower would have to come all the way back to the green...fighting for a 4, or a 5.

In the end, it would all depend on the TD decision on the rules of that hole.
