At one basket by where we meet, 9 markers get placed around the basket at verying degrees of difficulty. Marker 1 will be the easiest and is worth 1 point if you sink your putt from there. Marker 2 will be the 2nd easiest and is worth 2 points if you sink the putt from there. Etc, etc to marker 9 which will be the furthest/hardest and is worth 9 points. So, for example, if you sink 1, 2, 3 and 7, you will get 13 points.

I believe it costs $2 per round or 3 for $5. You do not need to play all 3 rounds on the same day if you go for that option.

Whoever gets the highest points for the day wins the ice putt and gets 1/2 the money (based on the number of games played that day), the other 1/2 goes to charity (plus the winner gets ice bucks, I think, that you can spend at the ice bowl auction in February).

We also have a weekly Ice Putt event, which gets set up whenever possible at 11:30am. You can play up to 3 times weekly, either before or after Ice League for $2/round (or 3 rounds for $5). Weekly winners get half the pot and 10 Ice Bucks. There is a ranking for this as well, and the top-6 on it will get awarded more Ice Bucks at the end of the season.

I will be there to play a pre-round round. 7:45 tee off. I have only played it twice this year but thought about it everyday it was in the ground.

The second Ice League of the 2012-2013 season held at Camp Fortune
(LNF edition) brought out 19 participants.

In the end it was the team of Andros and Phillips that took it down even
though it took us 3 mulligans to make a 10 footer on hole 16. laughing

1. Andrew Vallee & Dan Phillips (53)
2=. Cyle Prange & Stacie Sivyer (55)
2=. Gavin Schnobb & Mike Adams (55)
4=. Kyle Fisher & Jess Chartrand (56)
4=. Claus Reitlingshoefer & Alex Weirdsma (56)
6. Ken Darcovich & Luke McCormick (57)
7. Jeff Meldrum & Errol Melancon (58 )
8. Mike McCormick & Rob Hale (60)
9. Cali Don Lane (64)
10. Serge Seguin & Ben Svetkoff (65)

IL point standings should be up within the week.

Ice League will resume this Saturday November 10th at the prestigious
Vincent Massey Park 12 hole layout.

Note: Phillips I owe you your IL winnings and McMike's $ for winning the Ice Putt.
