The Quebec Games 2010 are in town and the bike race events will be held at Camp Fortune.
The disc golf course will be closed Monday to Friday (Aug 2-6) from early morning to about 3:30 pm daily.
There will be no access to the Disc Golf course during the race events.
Thanks |

Do we want to put up signs (especially at hole 7) for Tuesday's TOSS? _________________ What if the world was made of pudding? |

| Playing from the shorts and giving cyclists the right of way should allow us to play a full 18 before dark. With the rain and Ettyville fuzzy's we will not have a large group tonight. It is great that CF is hosting such a big event. Hopefully other mountain riders will be at the hill and see the work done on our course and start thinking of doing something similar. It is such a good fit, DG and ski hills. I like the idea of taking a lift up to the top of a really big mountain and playing 18 all the way back down. I would drive two hours and pay $$ for that. |

I had a discussion last nite with a guy that is in charge on the races at CF - I assured him that disc golfers would not touch anything , and he was glad to hear that. I also played a full 18 last nite from the shorts with minimal effects from the fences around the course. The only change is on # 15 where the tee pad comes into play with the bike trail , just watch it there...
There is also security at the hill , because a few trailers with bikes were stollen on the week-end.
