OMPL IV
40$ for ODGC members
45$ for Non ODGC members
30$ goes to payout
5$ goes to player packs
5$ member/10$ non member goes to ODGC
Participant must have proof of ODGC membership when paying for OMPL. (Tag or receipt)
Players must pay before Sept/1/2010 or a penalty of 10$ will be added on to the fees.
Registration:
Players returning from last year get first priority to sign up.
This period will last until March 5th
After March 5th anyone can enter
New players can register anytime, PM me your info. After March 5th I will add the new players list on to the list of those returning from last year.
The max size of the league is 16, but there will be a 2nd league if there are more then 16 players
Format
Players play 5-6 games from April to August, playoffs start first week of September.
More details to come depending on numbers,

Any consideration of easing up on the rules to allow people more flexibility to get their games done? It would be great to have Match play league wrapped up by the end of September

Making the season shorter would be a decrease in the flexability of the league, would it not?

I would just like to see things get wrapped up earlier is all....this past season was painful and there was almost snow by the time it was finished.
One thing that could help we be for the Tuesday night singles to find a way to also accommodate the matches where possible...perhaps you pay an extra $5 to be allowed to play on the same card as someone you have a match with?
If it worked out, could you play all your matches in the same month?

You can play any matches that have not been missed when you like.
If its april and you and your july opponent are standing there wondering what to do with yourselves you can play the match ealry. |
