Just a clarification. If I through a disc in the bushes (will say unintentionnaly) which is still considered in bounds (and further than 10 feet from the pin) RULE: 803.03 stipulates that as long as one of my body parts is no more than 30 cm away from the marker and that none are closer to the pin (than the marker) I'm fine to play it with no penalty. (right?)

I could for example lay down on my back backward (with a foot 25 cm from the marker)and attempt a hammer over the bushes. (right?)

I could also to take a drop outside the bushes (but not closer to the pin) with a penalty stroke (correct?)

30 cm from the marker disc (which could be the thrown disc or a mini) in direct line behind, and none closer is correct. You could lie down, do a hand stand, or do the Karate Kid Crane.

On the bush releif....

803.05 A. A player may, by adding one penalty throw, declare his or her lie to be an unsafe lie and relocate to a new lie that is no closer to the hole and within five meters of the unsafe lie. Or, if the player cannot find a lie that suits him or her within five meters of the unsafe lie, the player may, with two penalty throws, relocate to any new lie on the fairway of the hole in play that is no closer to the hole than the unsafe lie.

Definition of Unsafe Lie: A lie from which a player decides that obstacles to stance or throwing motion make it impractical or unsafe to attempt a throw. The lie is relocated with a penalty.

Just because you've screwed yourself, doesn't mean you get relief, but if you can convince the group it's unsafe.
