Just out of mock curiosity, which holes have been "aced" or which are still virgins?

I think we should make a compendium of who aced what when...

Chowder, Hole 16, June 28, 2001

etc...

I'm sure you guys shouldn't have any problem coughing up this info...

On other courses I've played, I've noticed players will often sign and date the basket if they throw an ace, very doable since a sharpie is pretty much standard gear in most golfers' kit.

That's cool, Darco... I like it. Here's what I've got so far after a quick perusal of the OF archives:

MHJ, #3, Oct 17 1998, 176g #1 Slice, unwitnessed

Shaggy, #10 (formerly #Cool, Sept 10 2000, PHK2000

Seabass, #3, Apr 25 2001, McKinnon/Wormald/Grignon witnessed

MHJ, #3, Apr 30 2001, 172 g Eclipse, Seabass/Shailer witnessed

Chowder, #16, June 28 2001, Polaris, Hags witnessed

Seems to me that Twirls got an ace this spring too, but I couldn't find that one in the archives. Who else have I missed?

Ken

I did mine on #3 with an X-clone.

There was also a newbie who aced #10 (formally Cool a couple weeks before Shaggy got his ace. No name but I beleive the Shaggs was a witness to the event.

I aced #14 yesterday morning. It was with a Stratus (ODGC version), right-handed backhand, curving right the whole way. No witnesses - just minutes earlier Meldrum was biking by and watched me tee off on #12, d'oh!

Missing OG's ace the other morning has taught me a valuable lesson. From this day forth, no matter how late I am for work, I will stop and play a few holes with anyone I see on the course.

In case anyone's looking to slow my productivity, I ride by #12 tee at about 10:05 most days...
