Want to add Cleaning the Capital to this list. I seem to pick weekends where everyone is playing out of town. Needs to be between April 15 to May 15. (will the snow be gone by then?)

Help!

The long term forecast is looking decent, here's hoping everything at Kanata will melt soon.

I may head out there this weekend to check out the conditions.

I need to pay a visit to Kanata as well. Those trees that went in the ground in the fall are making a couple of the tee pads less than ideal. Maybe we can coordinate Cleaning the Capital and the tee pad moves for the same day... Many hands make light work!

BRILLIANT idea! Also would be a great to move some of the more scarred/ripped-up/dirt tees to a new spot and seed the old spots with grass.

Are you the TD?

If so pick a weekend that works for you, Larrimac, and that has no other regional events on it.

LNF 2017 is October 21, 2017!

Too late to add it to the list?

Larry Pegg is hosting Twin Lakes 2nd Annual Charity Disc Golf Tourney on October 21st. He posted this info on the odgc facebook page back on August 22.

This is partly my fault, Larry inquired about the 21st and I mentioned LNF wasn't being held this year and I neglected to put his event in as a placeholder.

Kauffman, he has the rights to that weekend as I told him it was open back in June.

Any way you can run it on Oct 7-8?

Thanksgiving? No man, I probably can't swing that. It would have to push backwards to October 28.

I am also fine with doing it on Sunday after Larry's tourney, but events in the same weekend will probably result in some cannibalization in the registration.

Larry is open to combine the events but it doesn't sound viable as he is running a charity event to raise funds and you are offering free registration to members (which is awesome btw)

I will give you his contact info and maybe you guys can work something out.

PM me your cell# pls.

So... I just discussed with the boss. I can do this on Thanksgiving weekend after all. I am worried many people will be out of town. On the other hand I am worried that the 28th will be cold and the course won't be as nice, so I have decided to flip a coin.

Heads will be October 7
Tails will be October 28

...
