Damn Penton, what kind of weather have you ordered?

I don't have equipment here for that Sad, I came for leisure academic work in a nicely heated office Smile

Though I've mentioned this to others on the course, it bears mentioning it again; regardless of my heavenly good looks, charming personality, and divine insight I hold no biblical powers. My "nicing" your disc did not bring that tree into your flight. You threw it there. And the weather in October is exactly what happens every year.

This weather will keep most of the OPUs out of the park. Hardcores will still be running the hill.

Value Village has the necessary equipment to keep you throwing with a smile on.

Environment Canada Weather Statement:

Quote:
rainfall warning
for southern Ontario
updated by Environment Canada
at 4:58 a.M. EDT Friday 21 October 2016.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Rainfall warning for:
Kingston - Prince Edward
Tamworth - Sydenham - South Frontenac
Brockville - Leeds and Grenville
City of Ottawa
Gatineau
Prescott and Russell
Cornwall - Morrisburg
Smiths Falls - Lanark - Sharbot Lake.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
==Discussion==

Rain, at times heavy, continues.

Rainfall amounts by Saturday night will likely total between 50 and
80 mm. Local amounts near 100 mm are possible, especially in
communities near the St. Lawrence River. This rainfall is due to a
moisture laden low pressure system moving southeast of lakes Erie
and Ontario into northern New York state today and southeastern
Quebec Saturday.

If visibility is reduced while driving, take off your sunglasses, squint harder and try to maintain a safe follow-thru. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible, please treat it as casual water. Flicking will definitely be treacherous, consider packing several hundred towels. Putters may experience wet chains. Suck it up princess. Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected and we don't want to hear all the inane whining. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada and BBP. To report severe weather, send an email to storm.Ontario(at)ec.Gc.CA or tweet reports to (hash)onstorm. To report severe scores, just fill out your scorecard and hand it into (hash)GeoffPenton

My morning bicycle commute today was a 35 minute trip through the
elements. Full gear on.

It required all my fortitude to project that into a 7 hour session with 5 degrees less heat and double the winds. Oy vey.

Winning tomorrow's tourney will take more than just disc golf ability.

Oh yeah, I really hope Dobrev takes your advice on this point.

That begs the question; what's the best Halloween costume that will keep you dry?

Deadliest catch fisherman?

If there isn't an official LNF CD of songs this year, perhaps we can have every player suggest a song based on their experiences that day and it can be made afterwards.

I'd start us off with some CADCON and this one:

There is an official LNF playlist. It won't be in CD format this year but available as a iMusic playlist.

It's been way too long Stefan. Will be great to catch up and see what you've been up to.

Looks like it's going to be a great day for a wander around Mooney's Bay, I can't wait.

C'mon, when I came here last Saturday, the weather was perfect, Darco can vouch for that.
Since then, it has been going progressively downhill...

Wait, what did you say?!
