Andros, Claus, Cyle and I are here. Carl and two new players were here for a while but headed home. The new guys might be back. There are also a few other guys playing the course who will come back this way around the time the RV pulls in.

They came in through the back door.

They played hard and fast in the dark.

Simon can throw far.

Avery's lefty needs work.

That is all...

Apparently they read the directions to Kanata off the disc golf review website and were steered to the wrong parking lot

Ya he threw some ridiculous shots on the island. Places people don't even look for a line.

Although it got too dark for the typical wrap-up where Simon goes bonanza on the drives, he did finish with three INCREDIBLE drives of well over 600'. One hit at tree at about the 600 foot mark, hit it travelling fast and about 30' high. How far could it have gone?

The other drive he hit one of the parked trailers belong to Boucherville, hit it hard, about 12' high, also at about the 600'+ mark.

There were a ton of cameras, iphones, and video, but I have no idea who shot what and where they plan on posting it. I imagine FaceCrap will be the recipient of much of this.

Before they did their clinic Simon rushed out to play the course. He played roughly 15 holes, birdieing every one, with pitifully easy eagles on 11, 14 and 18. On 18 he threw the hyzer all the way around the spruce trees--the absolute longest way to the basket, landing 35' past.

On 5 he spat out for an ace with his rhino, and on 15 he hit chains, also with said rhino.

I thought Pete might actually burst at the seams with pride. Everyone was starstruck.

It was a good day.

Very cool.

Wish I could have seen him throwing. May have been able to pick up a few technical tips... oh well.

You're sure it wasn't 534 feet? Or 532 feet?

This has a serious effect about how I feel about it currently. This information is pertinent...
