Cubby aces or not that's quite an achievement.

McCormick must be getting close to 50 as I think he averages 2 per month over the last couple winters. Might be time to start adding notches to a post for every ace hit Mike.

People get bent out of shape in regards to Cubby Aces, but I don't think he ever really misrepresents his number and how he gets there. People always take Ace count so seriously when it's a number that has little relevance to skill. If it's his way to make his mark on the sport, than more power to him.

Well said.

The argument is always that a competition ace is a totally different thing. Throwing for the Cubby Ace, known locally by at least a few as the Euro Ace (noun), or simply the Euro (verb, "He Euroed a score of one on his card using his mulligan") has always had it's allure.

I've stood on the teepads at Jacque Cartier Park on warm spring evenings and unloaded my bag at some of those baskets in the hopes of putting it in, no matter what you call it.

I have nowhere near 500 in my life. He's two orders of magnitude in front of me in regards to that success.
