It's long but gives you some ideas of the different back packs out there. I am not sure why there are not more people using the Golf Mahal or Ergo 2?

What back pack do you like, use or would like to own?

Price.

The Mahal is an expensive bag.

Yup. It's just missing the DG specific pockets (for a scorecard, pencil, sharpie, etc).

States "Hydration system compatible", but no brand or limitations? Have you used a hydration system in yours?

I have yet to meet a DGr actually using a bladder hydration system. Personally, I don't care for bladder systems. Too hard to sterilize.

Best DG bag I have owned was my prodiscus bag.

Best Bag i have ever owned is my Mahal

That is 2 you have owned...Which bag would you select if you were able to choose any bag on the market today?

Mine is a couple of generations before.

When I received and tried it out for a couple of rounds and tournies, I actually sent them an email with my suggestions for improvements. Looks like they listened. Mine doesn't have that card and pencil pocket feature.

Seriously though, I have tried a bladder with my pack.

I've used CamelBacks, and other hydration systems in my packs, for years while hiking and I liked it. The problem I found with DG is that the constant removal of the bag and putting it back on causes a lot of leaks and dirty nipples. The tube gets tangled as well.

A bottle is much easier to use. Stands up to the abuse of the rough terrain of Fortune, and like Thumber mentioned, is easier to clean.
