Player A, who has a tough footing for their lie who is throwing asks another player to stand somewhere and catch them if they happen to slip when throwing, so they dont get hurt.

Is this a violation of the rules?

Yes i think as it would fall under 803.06 A unplayable lie.

and in the end you both may end up getting hurt trying to catch someone.

Once the disc is gone and the player is outside the circle the throw is done.....

That said, Player knowing someone was there to catch them lets Player A go for it that little bit harder.

And no Adrian, It is not an unplayable lie at all

No, this one was wayyy worse,
both legs in between the 2 metal pipes, pipes intersected legs just below the knee, it had broken leg written all over it.
