How about Stacey's ace!

Here's the story I've been telling about Stacie's ace.

On hole 10, both Meldrum and Darco birdied and I took a 3. They started up the chatter about their back nine comeback and now it's on.

Meldrum stepped up to 11 and put it in the drink. Darco stepped up and put it in the drink (I stepped up and threw it ever so safe over the cart path). We continued on our round.

While throwing 12 (much better 12 this year, thumbsup Ben-e) we heard the cheers from the ladies' card that was following us.

On 16 we found out that Stace hit the chains. Are you in the Ace Pot?. No. That sucks, great ACE!!

But the greatest disc golf boyfriend ever, The Gobbles, DID put her in at registration unbeknownst to St-Ace!!

Best story of the day.

On hole 10....

yes, it's a good story, but on second inspection, the first part of the story really does not have anything to do with Stacey's ace...

That blurb Meldrum is using in his sig now also applies to you... big grin

In any event, congrats again on the Plaid, from what I saw in round 2 and the super-six, you were most deserving.

I've got poison ivy on my "putting" knee. The only place I can think that this could have happened was on #17. so much fun and it's only a small rash right now, really hope it doesn't spread and get any worse!

Colin, there were lots of places to find poison ivy. I noticed it on 1, 3, 8, and 10. 17 wouldn't surprise me.

I walked through a field of it to get to one of my drives on 9. I'm really hoping it got washed off of my rain suit by just playing the round.

Results are done and have been sent in to Twirly for his review, after which they'll be sent to Deuce for posting to the site.
