Disco and I are throwing down our gauntlets and the mountain this Sunday at LNFCF for the OMPL 2011 title. Both of us are 6-0 (though I got one of my wins from the Gobbles forfeit) and stand to be the first OMPL Champion with a perfect record for the year.
Will the Southeast maintain their overwhelming dominance of the Ottawa Match Play League? Will someone other than a Geoff take home the shining armour? Will the new Pelican Captain demonstrate his match play supremacy? Will someone finally ace a LNFCF hole!!!
Andros will be coming out to capture the round on film/pixels and there were some at the Rooster asking if they too could come out and watch/record as well. If you're interested, free or bored next Sunday and want to come out and cheer, jeer and cause a raucous, come on out. We encourage wagering, sally-throw-booing and safety meetings.
If it means anything, I’m going to try to ace EVERY hole! And hit my two from ANYWHERE!
(This would be a good time to start showing support and kindness towards next year's Pelican Captain.)

Probably. You usually have my number in match play.
Didn't we put a call out? A bunch of players came out and knew we were doing it. Maybe it wasn't this planned out. I guess this year I don't mind the shameless self-promotion.

| I will request a copy of the footage recorded, would like to experiment with video editing over the winter, and see if I can figure a way to display DG on the TV screen in a manor thats out there now. |

Sounds like fun, I think it was briggsy who showed interest at the Rooster.
When are you guys meeting up on Sunday?
